Version 2024.4.1 (2024111901)
Hate itPrivacyGood app. It's pretty fast and the Google Wallet integration works fine. Sometimes the credentials seem to time out after a month or so, but it isn't too annoying. Biggest issue though is there's no WearOS support. As of December, WearOS supports Campus IDs as long as the app supports it, which this currently does not. Hopefully there's support soon.

BugsHate itLog InPrivacyUpdatesI like convenience of being able to check my funds balance. Logging in was a bit wonky. This app worked when I set it up, then rejected my login credentials the next time I tried to use it. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app did not solve the problem. UPDATE: Apparently, the login problem was caused by enabling the biometric option. I suspect some of the problems people are having may be due to the configuration set by their institution.

BugsInaccurateLevelLocationSpendingUpdatesMy phone is an international version and so the app will only show me universities from its country of origin instead of universities where I am physically located. It won't even let me search for my university. Can't imagine how I'd feel if I was a visiting international student here for a semester or two. I'm not paying hundreds of $ for a new phone so I can use this app, so until they fix this very major issue, it's junk. edit: Just to make sure we're on the same page: I don't CARE if your app is available in Australia, because that's not where I am. I'm in the US. So is my school. My phone is NOT from the US, IT is from Australia. People travel, especially students. People in the US also buy international phones. This is not uncommon because US carriers fill their phones with bloatware and once in a while the specs are sometimes a little different (barely). This app not having full-list search ability to everyone using it is just ridiculous. If you can't spell your university for the search function, why are you at university? I have screenshot PROOF that a small handful of Australian universities (Monash, U Sydney) are listed for me, and are the ONLY ones I can see or access, so you're inaccurate about only Canada/US universities being listed. They're absolutely there. There aren't many, but there are a few. I can't even search for ANY universities in Colorado or anywhere else in America, and I KNOW they should be there, but it doesn't show up for me at all. Why is my search ability being restricted?????? That's my main problem. I wouldn't care about Australian universities being the first to show up if I could just find the others with the search function. If it's a "version issue", why was my phone able to download the app at ALL? I got it as a normal Play store download. Surely there's some kind of compatibility check at that level? Again, to reiterate, I don't care about Australian universities or the app being "available in Australia". I care that my Australian phone can't see or search for the US ones. There is no way my phone is so radically different from its US counterpart that the app won't work unless you SPECIFICALLY designed it that way. If you MUST have it check my location to search for my school, then have it check my ACTUAL LOCATION, at least so I can set it up. At any rate, by the time you should fix this - if you ever do - I'll probably already be graduated since I'm supposed to finish Spring 2022, so... whatever, I guess.
