I love this app, however after the latest update the live stream is no longer working. This is very frustrating. Additionally the app support function takes you no where to report. Please fix this

Love the news Global News Podcast, but usually loses my episode and goes back to the home screen every time I leave the app is starting to get very irritating. I understand that my exact spot where I left off might go away if I leave it for a day, but if I pause and need to switch to another app and then come back only 10 minutes later and the episode I’m on disappears and goes back to the main screen is very annoying. Then I have to go and find my episode every time instead of staying on the screen that I left it. It does remember the spot that I left off in the episode, which I appreciate, but I wish it stayed on that screen.

The new changes of the BNC News app continues to annoy users like me. In addition to lacking My Topics section, the articles with video automatically play video with Ad as soon as I click open the articles,before even I read the description about the video to decide whether to listen/watch the video with NO pallPAUSE BUTTON available. Therefore I end up hurriedly closing the article before I even know what it is about. EXTREMELY ANNOYING and you are losing an opportunity to have someone like me to decide to endure the Ad and watch the video. Poor choice of changes. I am sure someone thought it would be an automated way to have captive audience. In reality you are losing potential audience due to this annoying feature. Dumb.
