Overall the app works great. If you are trying to order ahead at a location that isn't physically nearest to you, that's where the issues begin. No matter how many times I try to change the order location, the app automatically keeps trying to update my location to the nearest store. Due to certain in app deals and offers only being available at certain stores, this often leads to more wasted time spent in the app having to redo an order on top of changing the location again. I'll just go to BK.

When it works, it is good. Unfortunately it breaks often. Sometimes when it updates it makes my account inaccessible and throws up nonsense error codes when I use the email link. Last time (around October 2024)t was several months before I could log in again. I am today, Aug 25, 2025 once again unable to log in. I won't go without my points so it's more a you problem than a me problem; Wendys does not do this. Please just let me log in with a password or something sane.

This is my second review. It has been months since I last left a review. The app is very broken and has yet to be fixed. It constantly crashes. The code either doesn't load at all, or in the rare cases it does- it doesn't work at the drive through, despite having only just opened the app and refreshed the code. At first I thought, whatever, I just can't get rewards and I'll enter the info from the receipt to get my points. Turns out you can only submit 1 receipt per month. Fix the app please.
