The app is very easy to use. I have 3 different 'standard' orders dependent on who will be home that night. It would be nice to be able to save all 3 order variations for repeat uses. Also, add an option for the oil & vinegar to be "on the side". A check box instead of having to type it every time. And, the staff seldom reads the special notes, but I think there are two places to send notes, make 1.

App is easy to use with customizable options for each sub. The problem is that the app is only as good as staff that completes the order. Waited 1 hr for the order and was in the store for the last 45 minutes of the hour. It can not take 60 minutes to make 3 subs. The app works great. The staff is terrible. App = 5 stars. Customer service = 1 stars.

Good place and good app, redeeming points is a bit confusing though. Apparently on the checkout screen after you already continue through one of them it gives you the option to redeem your points, but it doesn't always show up so sometimes you have to go back and then forward again.
