I haven't been able to sign into the app for over a month. It always just says "technical issues" . Can't get into the member website either. I cant access my insurance cards or anything. I dont know whats happening but this is extremely frustrating. I've tried numerous different browsers. Un-installed and reinstalled. Can't get into anything. If I could give this zero stars I would because this is absolutely ridiculous

This app is too glitchy. It kept looping back to the sign in page even after I had already being logged in for a few minutes. Everytime I clicked on the Teledoc option, it would circle back for me to log in instead of redirecting me to the Teledoc portal. I disabled fingerprint authentication, cleared cache and everything I can think of to help, but it still doesn't seem to work properly.

Good start & looking forward to improvements. I use the app primarily to pay my bills. I like having them all in one place vs paying each provider separately. I would love to be able to save my credit card information in the app instead of reentering it each time and to see that zero balance is due when I have paid outside of the app. provider search doesn't include all primary care dr options. medical info needs more details (ex: one vaccine category is simply "vaccine". not super informative.
