App is not easy to navigate. It doesn't show order status. Orders come late. Prescriptions are 3 times more expensive. I spent 9 hours on the phone with zero results. I just kept getting transferred and hung up on. my prescription history is not accurate. Just a terrible company all together.

The app doesn't work . I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. When I try to access my prescriptions or anything else on the app, it just says "Sorry we couldn't load your prescriptions now. Please try again later." It has said this for over a month now. I have to call for every little thing which requires going through the annoying voice recognition each time.

At this point in time. Seems that the last 3 weeks (or more maybe) that every time I get a notice about medicine from "Express Scripts" and click on it, I get an "system error" and can not view what the notice is trying to convey to me! It has become more than annoying right now! Please fix this "bug, issue, problem" or whatever it is! Thank You in Advance - Sincerely, Roy S. Hughey
