I hate that you can't manually input passport information anymore, I used to remotely check in my parents when they got to the airport but now since I don't have the physical passport I can't scan it, and there's no way to bypass this feature even if you go on the website it sends you to the app. Viva let's you do this unfortunately they don't fly out our local airport.

BugsCustomer ServiceThis app is so unreliable. Crashes half the time. Does not save passport info, EVER. I fly between the US and MX about every 60 days with this airline and it's always the same BS. Trying to check in to a flight right now, in a car, at night, and it keeps trying to force me to scan the passport. I am unable to manually input my info, and as such, cannot check in. Volaris continues to struggle with the absolute basics of UX and customer service.

BugsCustomer ServiceDifficultSpendingBad app. Bad customer service. It's hard to get in contact with representative. Website does not allow you to check, only the app does but app constantly does not work. It glitched out when I tried to purchase tickets. I called & they wanted to charge me 110 dollars more cuz representative was reserving my ticket. Tried to check-in and app once again didn't work. Called. Hung up 3 times on me. Got in contact with employee and said they would charge me a fee to check me in. Bad App and employees.
