BugsCameraCustomer ServiceNotificationsMy camera alerts me that I have photos at the top of my phone. Upon touching them the icon takes me to my gallery. There are no pictures there. I brought the camera home set back to factory settings...un-installed the app...then reinstalled the app and set up the camera again...advised by customer service. I still have no pictures coming thru even though the test pictures say they are there. Still no pictures. I think I'm going to go back to old school..walk in and get the pictures. Please help

CameraDifficultSpendingCameras take blurry, alternating over and under exposed images and share them at really worthless thumbnail resolution. HD pictures are only marginally better and frequently fail to upload. It's hard to tell bucks from does or racoons from pigs. App features are poor compared to competitors and overall just a bad choice. I have tried them all and SpyPoint is at the bottom of the barrel.

BugsSpendingI like their trailcams they work very well and I'm satisfied with my purchase. I do recommend them. I do think their transmission fees are a bit high, but in their defense, I didn't compare them with very many companies. I would really have to do more research to be totally fair. oh, I've not had any problems with their app it works extremely well. THANKS, SPYPOINT!
