This has made my business sooo much easier. I see when my clients open up my invoice and how neat and organized everything is to send over is amazing. I have all my invoices aligned and organized and when I need to print them or view them they’re all right there in one place. Definitely get invoice maker if you aren’t sure others I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I rely on this app for all my estimates and invoicing, and overall, it’s highly efficient. However, I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 for a few key reasons. First, the “Preview” page frequently appears blank. Closing and reopening the app usually resolves it, but it’s a persistent issue that needs fixing. Second, I’d love to see an option to add a separate work address in addition to the billing address. In construction and B2B sales, these are rarely the same. My current workaround is adding a $0 line item labeled “Address,” but a dedicated field would be much more practical. Finally, a major feature that would greatly improve usability: the ability to display only the total cost to customers without breaking down individual line item prices. This would allow for better utilization of saved line items and make volume pricing more practical—especially when services are bundled as a single estimate. Despite these issues, I still love this app and will continue using it, especially if future updates address these necessary improvements.

I have been using this app for about 2 years now, had several customers wanting to pay with credit cards and debit cards so I added the stripe feature… well had a client send me a full payment by accident as she is on a payment plan with me…. So by accident she paid in full…. I see NO WAY to offer a refund or cancel a payment. I have sent several messages and opened up a chat within the app and ZERO response If your into just taking money and never having to do a refund this app is for you…. Otherwise beware it’s not user friendly and no way to cancel a customers payment or even do a refund
