I’m currently using TikTok Studio to schedule and upload my videos. While the quality looks great before uploading, the final result ends up blurry or choppy—likely because TikTok Studio acts as a third-party upload path compared to uploading directly through the main TikTok app. I’ve tested both 2K and 1080p resolutions, but the quality still drops significantly—sometimes appearing closer to 320p. Both TikTok and TikTok Studio are up to date on my device, and I’m using an up-to-date iPhone. When I upload the exact same videos manually through the TikTok app, the quality stays intact. However, the whole reason I use TikTok Studio is so I don’t have to manually upload each video at the exact time I want it posted—especially when I’m managing multiple pieces of content weekly. During vacations or breaks, being able to schedule uploads in advance is essential, but the quality drop-off makes scheduling not worth it, since it hurts the video’s performance and leads to fewer views due to how bad it looks. One more issue I’ve noticed is that sometimes when I draft a video, trying to upload it later causes it to bug out and become unusable. Since I’m unable to use the draft, I have to delete it and recreate the entire video in order to post it. Aside from that, the app is great—I just don’t have any use for it until the quality drop-off is fixed.

Tbh a bunch of the features on the TT Studio app should be implemented into the TT app itself. Tumblr can let us schedule posts so I don’t see why TT can’t. There’s no reason for us to have two TT apps. Still missing the volume percentage when adding audios to posts. Whoever decided to get rid of the volume percentage when adding audios and replaced it with the sliding scale thing it has should’ve been ignored. Please bring back the volume percentage, I’ve been missing it ever since it was removed. Biggest gripe over the app is whenever I schedule a post and once it’s published, the post still stays in my drafts. Thing is, it’s like a copy of the post. It’s still published, but I’m left with a copy in my drafts as if it was never published to begin with. The copy shouldn’t exist though since it was published, so why is it there? Deleting it doesn’t delete the posted one luckily but I shouldn’t have to delete the draft after it’s published, it should already be gone. Would also like to be able to the posts like we can on TT. I post a good chunk of gaming content and on TT I can link the game I’m playing, but not on TT Studio; it inputs a link to the TT Studio app instead even though I have that setting turned off. Good job on that front, guys. Love it when you ignore the settings 🙃
