Buffers alot and picture is very blurry. It seems to be perfect at times where people wouldn't be on it. So this platform cannot handle a lot of people at once. This is an issue that has been gone on for a very long time and is not being addressed. None of the trouble shooting works. They need to fix the bugs within the app. Don't waste your money get up TV it works perfectly.

This was fantastic .... until today. Now I cannot get the app to play video. It only plays audio. I cleared the cache and even uninstalled and reinstalled it. All to no avail. 1/28/25 update: Still can't view video. Only audio. Do you ever plan on fixing this? Or even responding to my issue? SO NOT WORTH IT!!!!!

I love that you can stream Hallmark movies and shows. However, when I click to download a movie/show, it just shows "queued" but doesn't ACTUALLY download.. it's like this on all the devices I've logged into.. and it doesn't matter what kind of connection I've got, it just won't move past queued.
