At one time I would have given 5 stars, but as of a couple weeks ago, I'm giving 1 star. The reason being up until then I was able to put services(s) that had been done on vehicle. It also showed ALL service prior to my buying it. A week later when I had service that had been done, it showed no service history. When I would randomly check sometimes it shows the service history but going back later, whether it's hours or day(s) later, it then shows nothing again. Never hear back with solution.

Imagine paying $30k for a car then also having to pay a subscription for basic services. They added a paywall out of pure greed on an expensive product you already paid for. On top of that, most of the app didnt even work during the free trial. Distance to empty and odometer was about 30% off. The starting car functionality never worked. The unlocking and locking car worked about 75% of the time. Bottom line is, stuff like this is what is wrong with the world. Be better.

when it works correctly, It's a very convenient feature. But it rarely connects my phone to the car correctly the first time. It does get there eventually though. I'm listed as the primary user in the computer but it almost always preloads my husband's and he's not even in the car. those hiccups aside though, it's nice being able to lock your car remotely if you forgot.
