The app takes 30 seconds to load up each screen and completely backs out to the main menu when connection to the Internet drops or comes back. This is very distracting when driving and trying to monitor parameters. Having an offline mode would be great. The dongle will sometimes not connect if not immediately connected after the vehicle is started, this is corrected by unplugging the dongle and replugging it in then reconnecting with the app(not automatically unfortunately).

I hope y'all fixed the bug where the live data doesn't work. that's 90% of the reason for buying this unit. I'll report back if it's fixed and give more stars cause it's a decent unit otherwise. it does what it says except with the live data function. Update: I have been in contact with a representative via email and no answers so far just a request for a data capture which I've sent many of before and after they asked. live data does not work, I have new android 14 high end device. fyi

supposedly they updated app on march 21, 2025. now it can't generate reports, and half the time it locks up while trying to pair with the scanner, putting up a "our servers are under maintenance" message, with no way to exit other than closing the app completely. You might think that if they were really doing maintenance that the message would come up immediately upon launching the app. I've tried removing and reinstalling a couple of times. No go.
