Battery UsageCameraHate itLevelLocationLove itUpdatesSince the last update in April 2025, this app has become useless.. fuel level and battery level do not show anymore in the app. location function doesn't show the vehicle. digital key works after multiple attempts to connect with the vehicle, wasted 30 mins to setup when it was working fine before the update. I did the service update for the front camera a month ago, and it still shows in the app to do the update. Honda app is much better than this Lexus app and Honda vehicle cost 40% less. 🤦

Battery UsageBugsDeviceSpendingUpdatesI've been using this app for 2 years now. It works fine for my needs, which are basic. The biggest problem I have now is that after a recent app update, my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra's battery drains by ~20% for each hour I spend driving, even though I am not using any of the app's features and have the stock Lexus map displayed. Since the so-called Lexus wireless charger doesn't work with a case on my phone, this isn't good, I have to connect my phone by cable to the car to keep it from dying.

BugsNetworkI have the same connection issue others report. I'd decided to reinstall the app and check it out again to see if it'd gained any usefull features. It didn't really have any when I originally got the car and as best I can tell, that hasn't changed. I shouldn't be surprised though. Lexus quality fell off a cliff somewhere between my 2000 model and the 2013 I replaced it with. I bet that old 2000 is still going strong. I'm on my 3rd transmission w/under 130k mile. I'm told its a common issue.
