Feature RequestsLocationI must confess, using the Taco Bell app to get my grub on is generally a satisfying experience. The delightful ring of the bell after placing an order never fails to put a smile on my face. However, I do have a couple of bone-pickings with this digital taco haven. Firstly, the app stubbornly clings to your previous order location instead of automatically selecting the nearest Taco Bell. Come on, Taco Bell, take a page from McDonald's book and prioritize proximity. Imagine my hunger-induced dismay when I rolled up to the drive-thru, only to realize I mistakenly chose another spot. Major facepalm moment. And that's not the end of the tale, my friends! The second issue reared its head when attempting to cancel an order. Oh boy, did I embark on an arduous odyssey in search of the elusive cancellation feature. I was this close to dialing up Taco Bell support when, by sheer stroke of luck, I stumbled upon a tiny button nestled within my previous order, whispering ever so softly, "Cancel Order." Taco Bell, my dear, let's get one thing straight: your app desperately needs a makeover to make canceling orders as effortless as devouring their scrumptious tacos. So, there you have it, folks! The Taco Bell app: a rollercoaster of order mix-ups and canceling capers. Here's hoping they kick it up a notch and concoct an app that not only tantalizes the taste buds but also ensures a hassle-free experience.

FamilyLocationI despise the fact that we have to use the app to use our rewards. I want the convenience of being able to pull up to the restaurant, order my food and go! Instead I have to go to the restaurant, find somewhere to park, make the order which takes me longer because the app does not function smoothly, and then get in line for my food. Last time I ordered and accidentally checked out without changing the location. I realized it as soon as I pressed the order button. I tried to cancel or change the order literally seconds after and it would not let me cancel. I tried over and over. I pulled up to the window and asked for their help but they said they could not do anything about it. I ended up driving 10-15 minutes each way to get my order from the restaurant I made my order at and missed half my sons baseball game, also happened to miss my Aunt that had been at the game unexpectedly who I haven’t seen for years. She left not knowing I was going to come. I have had so many inconveniences with this app and I don’t have time to write them all. I did try to make a complaint. After writing it all out it would not let me submit it (maybe now I am thinking I wrote too much but why would it let me if that was it). I just really really wish I didn’t have to be punished by using the app to receive rewards for my loyalty.

BugsThe app work fine the first month or two I used it however after the local Taco Bell renovation ( that started several months ago) I have not been able to place an order online. At first it made sense they were closed. However it’s been months since they started taking orders in person and I have yet to be able to place a successful order. At first it was no orders at all (despite the fact they were open and taking customers orders in person) then I could only select the drive thru ( despite the fact that I’ve been taking in orders for walking customers and I see other people picking up online orders. Most likely for third party apps), and now that an option for in-store pick up has become available every time I try to make a purchase with an error occurs and it fails to taking my order even after manually updating the app ( this is in spite of nothing changing on my end). The fact that for months I have not been able to place an order and that literally every arbitrary roadblock has been cleared the first party Taco Bell app is now unavailable to take my order. I’m only giving it a two star instead of one is because it did work for some time and I was able to take advantage of the rewards the app offered. But this app has failed me for the last time and with several different food options within a five minute walk I think I’ll just move on not only from the app but from Taco Bell in general.
