I'm only a handful of levels in, but I already need to complain about the forced tutorial. It's worse than forced ads. The game and power ups are OBVIOUS. You don't have to tell me how to play or use them, and I damn sure don't need a tutorial on how to change my profile avatar and name. I don't. If not for the forced tutorial, I'd not care about that stuff, it's stupid. And let me save free power ups to see how they work WHEN I NEED THEM!!!!

I've been playing this game a long time and have really enjoyed it. I'm on level 3230, but with each update the game is getting worse and worse. Getting the puzzle pieces used to be so much fun but now it's unattainable with time limits you give. Why is it so low now? And now we have to spend money to get more time. I'm thinking I may delete the game because it's no longer a fun challenge.

If support said they've answered all my questions? I don't think "find the receipt yourself" is answering a thing. I paid for no ads. Then I've spent hundreds. Have hundred receipts & not looking thru em all. I didn't have ads for a year then all of a sudden - ads! I'm done. Used to at least be able to earn 10 coins each win, & that is now gone. Instead, win 10 games and get 30 coins. Or whatever. Occasionally it'll be decent amount but doesn't match 10/game. Games gone downhill. I'm done.
