UPDATE: Contacted the email given below. Tech support is useless and wants my robots sent in for repair. iRobot is on the brink of bankruptcy. I'm shopping for new robots. If they do go under, the servers and app will no longer work. Since the last update, the robots, linked clean, and mapping have all started having issues. My i3+ won't empty itself anymore even though I've changed the filter and dirt disposable bag and have no clogs. Even the button in the app to empty the bin is missing.

The app needs a way to override the returning to dock! Every time I need to stop my Roomba take take out a hair tie, or if it gets stuck on a ledge, or under furniture, it immediately wants to reset and go home. The app is obsess with scheduling ahead, and gives so little control over what the Roomba is actually doing right now.

Update: they made it right! They need a recessed camera or a more durable lens cover to avoid scratches. It takes HOURS to map a house & label areas. Once a map is good, they need the option to LOCK it, decline updates, cuz soon it gets confused, maps non existent spaces & "updates" the map with bad info. Or it says it's cleaning the living room, & I find it in the kitchen. I love the self emptying, the scheduling. The cleaning won't replace a human but it's a great help, esp done daily.
