DifficultI like the app. But browsing in it is difficult at times. If you x by mistake from the product you are watching, it will not go back to the area where you were when you clicked on it. I have to rescroll the entire list again. I gave up on browsing Black Friday deals because of this. There is too much work for browsing. Also, adding a popup window to see the item makes it easier to close the second window by mistake.

Cart and CheckoutCustomer ServiceDifficultBad shopping experience. Equally bad customer service. When the delivery fails because the drivers have never seen a fence before, it is very difficult to figure out what is going on with the app. Delivery instructions must be entered before checkout, for EVERY ORDER. That's dumb. It doesn't change. Delivery personnel can't or won't send messages like the 'competitor'. The communication aspect is non-existent.

Hate itLove itSpendingFeels like it gets worse and worse, had many orders with significant issues and has always been hit or miss, but the app execution has always needed a bit more work done to it. It's by no means user friendly for the elderly and it's frankly a bit of a headache as a millennial that grew up with these types of apps and services; not a big fan of the way they deliver, as items go missing all the time and you have to pay close attention to every single item, every time.
