Every time I update the app it gets worse. It's extremely slow, every page jumps and you always end up clicking on something other than what you intended to. You can never know when a page has finished loading and when it's safe to click on what you want. Just an absolute garbage app. nothing but disappointment

Makes shopping through normal browser difficult. EVERY time I click something, it automatically opens this awful, glitchy, slow app. This app seriously has cost HD money I would have spent, but become so frustrated with their app I just switch and buy from Lowe's. It'd be fine if just the app was glitchy when you choose to open it, but it forces you to the app from the online browser which works fine. I've got better things to do than wait for text and images to load on this awful, awful app

The app is so very slow. Every time you go back to your search from looking at an item or change pages it resets the sort settings. when trying to search for a selection of colors, it filters out everything if it doesn't match all the colors in the search (and vs or). If you leave the app in the background and come back to it, it resets as well. This app definitely needs improving. The website is not any better than the app. Compared against Lowes' app, Lowes has a significantly better platform.
