Overall very convenient. Appreciate the existing features, but it feels like half the time when placing pick up orders basic items (produce and milk seem to be the biggest offenders) mysteriously aren't available despite plenty being in stock in the store. Also notice once in a while an item will be in the cart but mysteriously disappear from the order. Overall not bad, just a little buggy.

In-store experience is generally good (Scan & Go). However, online ordering filters (shipping, pickup) are unreliable. For example, shipping filter continue to show unavailable items (e.g., refrigerated food). Price sorting is also inconsistent. Please add an 'exclude out-of-stock' option. Scan & Go is a valuable time-saver.

Love itPayment and Billing
The Sam's Club app is easy to use and navigate for all your needs. The best features I use are "Scan and Go" and the "Scan for Fuel" features. Once you save a couple of credit cards, it's quick and convenient to switch between them for purchases. Scan and Go is the best feature because I scan my items as I shop, choose the credit card I have on file, slide to purchase and get QR code, and walk out, avoiding the long line of registers and self-scan registers. Such a great convenience. LOVE IT!
