Not a great shopping experience. Won't show me local stores, so can't see what's available in store. When I try to search for stores, says there are no stores within 100 miles, even though there are 16 stores within 100 miles. Also slow to load cart, integration with rewards/promos seems wonky, and search results show things that are unavailable.

Absolutely horrible. I bought a bicycle from the store. It was put together horribly, and the brakes didn't work correctly. I shopped on the app ONE TIME, and they keep telling me the order was attempted. But won't say why, or help resolve the issue. I'm thinking about taking a box cutter in the store with me from now on, and "shopping".

DSG has a disjointed ecosystem. Signing up to the app uses a username. Signing up online uses an email. Signed up using app, tried to buy something and checkout wants me to checkout as a guest. Went to do it on computer and had to sign up again. Now this leaves me with multiple rewards points card numbers. It needs to be addressed, this shouldn't be an issue for an established company. Also the app needs a whats in store search and display ability pretty significantly.
