I usually love this app and use it very frequently, but finally found my first unusable error. It refuses to move on to delivery options after I put in my address when I try to set up auto-ship, so I can't use it. I'm very disappointed in that because shipping is the only way I can get in the big bag of cat food I need. Everything else I can get from my store.

Unusable. I used to be able to schedule and pay for grooming services on the app. If I try to schedule anything, it just keeps removing the time I've selected but nothing is booked. When I try to pay, it just keeps taking me back to the service total, as if I didn't click anything at all. The app hasn't worked properly for well over a year.

I almost always have trouble using this app. Even the website is garbage. I buy two 40lbs bags of dog food every 2-3ish months and every time there is a problem. I try to check out, it refreshes and says my cart is empty, there is an error with my card, or the screen goes white and I have to start from scratch. I've been trying to place a simple order for half an hour. For a multi-million $ corporation, there sure isn't a lot of care put into the app and website for people to give you money.
