DifficultHate itInaccurateI've been trying to shop online for the past two weeks but there's something wrong where the display pictures don't match up with the selected color options. For example, selecting an indigo wash jean and the app displays a black or pink option. I can't see/don't know what I'm selecting, and it makes it impossible to shop. I'm 6'2" and most stores don't carry a wide selection of long/tall sizes where I live, so online is my best option and I'm so frustrated to have to shop elsewhere.

BugsCustomer ServiceDifficultHate itInaccurateNetworkApp is always lagging and when you try to back out of a specific item, it brings you back to the top of search results. Also not necessarily related to the app but I'm constantly being sent the wrong items. I just ordered a jacket in "earthen" color and they sent it to me in navy blue. Trying to contact customer service is difficult and you have to submit a claim of you want a refund. Annoying process, I just end up eating the loss and donating the wrong items.

Cart and CheckoutDifficultHate itThe app is terrible. Can't switch model size so it's hard to browse, and when I try to browse online via chrome (to just use the app for checkout) I can't-the website force opens the app with every search or item click. So I have to delete the app to shop, then re-download to purchase, and the absolute only reason is because of the discount to buy via app. Extremely terrible design.
