There's good and bad but compared to other resell sites, GOAT would be smarter to go with. The main thing I like about them is that I trust the authenticity of the sneakers when I buy. I've purchased a few and always do multiple authenticity checks from different platforms and they always pass. Customer Service can be hit or miss but for most part, I feel like they'll step up when needed to. I would give them 4 stars but the app crashes or malfunctions too much.

I like the app. someone tried to send me fake shoes and it didn't pass their inspection. they notified me and gave me a refund. Next, a pair of shoes I purchased as a gift had damage and they were suppose to be brand new. Goat contacted me immediately then gave me a refund. Unfortunately, after all these years.. The Search button doesn't work anymore.. might be a glitch. but I have un-installed and re-installed and the problem hasn't changed. update is included.. need someone to look into it!

It's truly one of the worst apps I've ever used. It's not user-friendly whats so ever. Also, I placed an order that had shipment issues and was sent back to Goat. Then they wanted to charge me an additional $45 to ship it to me even though they messed up? I'm still trying to reach out to their help system to figure it out 🙄 Update: they told me that I still have to pay the $45 if I wanted them or I could list them. I wish I could give this app negative stars. Don't waste your money. It's a SCAM
