performance_and_bugsserviceThe worked great until recently. Now I can't add coupons, can't shop (products don't appear), order history doesn't appear... using Android phone and tablet. Just installed on tablet recently... worked at first, but not now. Phone worked one evening about a month ago, but next day wouldn't. Also get annoying "prove your human" step.

I played an order for some earnings, but after an hour, I realized I didn't need to sound that much for a replacement pair. tried to cancel the order, but their was no way to directly cancel them I had to send in a request and hope they saw it before shipping the earnings. If they don't I'll have to return them even though I tried to cancel them an hour after the order. love the store very disappointed with the app and website.

social_and_communityperformance_and_bugsAfter reading other reviews, I see I wasn't alone in my basket contents going to zero! Very frustrating. Started over and it did the same thing! Last time I just put in a few of the items and checked out! Not happy!! 1/31/20 Ordered online again. Everything in my basket was coming back sold out after I put it in the bag. My poor daughter thought we had list everything we picked out. Now I'll wait and see what I get. I was using the Belk app on my phone.
