BugsHate itNetworkJust horrible. This app is basically useless now. Logging in is a nightmare. It does not show any new releases, just get an error page. Can't enter the reservation and some product pages won't load. Then, you can't do nothing on their website for new releases because you can only use the app for that.....an app that does NOT work. Time to use a different retailer I guess.

BugsDifficultFeature RequestsHate itInaccurateLog InSpendingUpdatesUpdate: It's been almost a year, and even with the app having a new look, the same issues continue. I need to log in almost every time after not using the app for a few hours. Now, when I go to releases, it says, "something went wrong." I tried re-installing the app, and it's still the same problem. How is anyone supposed to get their releases in time? I spend a lot of my hard earned money with this store and this happens. Still very disappointed!

ConfusingHate itthis app absolutely sucks ssa! I can never find the calendar on my app to see what and when the releases are, then when I can, it won't allow me to submit for a drawing. what's the point of even having a draw if you can't submit an entry. They make it way more complicated that it has to be IMO, or the app isn't good and it just doesn't function well. This has happened a lot more over the years than I aforementioned so I think I'll just go on another online retailer unattached to this umbrella
