Server error... That's about it. Dismiss and try again. The app doesn't really work. Some days, it will load coupons. But I can't use it for anything else cause it's always error, error.... Updated again and can not access it. Please provide a rollback. I've reinstalled the app and still can not access it, and the ads make everything unloadable even connected to wifi.

A few years ago, I wrote an email to the Albertsons app developers. I was frustrated with how poorly the app worked. I told them they needed to contact Fry's/Kroger to learn how to make a better app. Now the Albertsons app is superior compared to Fry's. I like that I can easily zoom in and see sale items and prices. The coupons are easy to clip most of the time. Occasionally, a sale item won't be found in the deals section because it's clustered with another sale item in the app.

SOMETIMES the app works, but the past month, my transactions have not gone thru, despite having no banking issues. why am I even paying for membership? Also, my $10 off $50 coupon never works and customer service always acts like I'm trying to steal groceries when I report the issue. all I can say on a positive note is that when the app is working, the groceries are better than Walmart.
