I have 25 items saved in my favorites but it will only let me view 18 of the 25! I addressed it twice with a on the phone representative & through email 📧 & it still isn't fixed. I tried uninstalling the app & reinstalling & tht didn't fix the issue either....so it has 2 be a glitch n their system tht they need 2 fix. I save items to my favorites & I can watch for sales etc....on those items. So everytime i go on the website I don't have to search for them.

The app is clunky. Difficult. Add something to bag and checkout, then told it is out of stock. Yet you go back, and the item is still there. Love the store, but shipping takes forever. They tell you the order shipped yet tracking says label created for days. They need to get it together.

Horrible since 2025 update! App freezes every single time I try to edit my shopping cart! I've been trying to check out for almost 3 weeks, at this point I'm just going to log in online but I just don't want the hassle of trying to remember my password and everything that will follow if I don't! Administrator, please fix whatever bug that won't allow edit of shopping cart, freezes stating "error with trying to reload cart" or the app freezes completely, and I'm not allowed in past cover picture!
