SpendingThis app is a solid choice, and likely one of the best, for buying and selling pre-owned items. It's also becoming increasingly common to find brand new items listed here. One area for improvement is the search functionality. Due to the varied ways users upload listings, standardizing product searches isn't straightforward. While not necessarily the platform's fault, this does impact the overall user experience.

AdsBugsFeature RequestsHate itLocationThe overall app works and serves its purpose, you can post items to sell and search for items to buy. This is expected although there is an increase number of ads which makes the experience annoying. The problem with Carousel in Hong Kong is the market environment. Sellers post misleading info, such a low starting price but for multiple items or items that are already sold. Buyers low-ball offers and asks to meet in other locations. Carousell has not dealt with this and needs to do better.

AddictingAdsHate itUpdatesThis app helped me a lot when using it to sell my old stuff. Liked the UI and the selling process. However, after a recent update, the ads started popping out. It is a matter of time where they popped up as aggressively as other platforms. The report system is not as effective as I thought. There are a lot of scammers and rip off, but this apps just say "thanks for the report but we can't find anything suspicious". Anyway I hope that the dev keeps working towards a good direction.
