I initially had a problem transferring my information over to my android from my old iPhone which could no longer be updated. I contacted support and they were amazing they transferred that information over within 30 minutes. The app is awesome the games are fun but the only issue I have is when you're playing online connected to Wi-Fi or on your phone internet there's a lot of advertising interruptions. Ads are ok b4 or after a game but during a game or with every button pressed its irritating

I should have started with this so sorry for the edit. The issue I have is the free chip spin which seems to always land on the lowest amount and free spins seem to never pay out. Since you have to wait 4 hours to spin for additional chips I must not play for a number of days so I can store up chips to play. And since I am on a fixed budget buying chips is out of the question. I do like the variety of games I do enjoy playing. Still enjoying

It's fun overall, although some of the payouts don't even come close to what you spent. Even if I bet the lowest amount possible, the reward amount is so low. Wind up going through coins pretty fast which I imagine is what they want you to do so you have to buy coins. I had registered my email as part of the daily silver challenge and it told me that I'd receive newsletters with free coins, updates etc. Two weeks later, still nothing. I remember how it used to be almost a weekly thing, if not every other day. Checked my Spam folder as well, and nothing. The Ads were intrusive, so I caved and paid the $1.99 to get rid of them. I'd be mid spin and all of a sudden an ad would pop up and I'd have to sit and watch it before I could see if I won anything. I think the app and some of the features needs to be tweaked and worked on. I started playing this game back in 2018 and it was much better than, than what it is now.
