Many users woke up one morning without the ability to trade with anyone anymore. No warnings were given. The new policy was explained in a newsletter saying that each user now had to be certified in order to trade. A purchase was now being required in order to become certified to trade. Many accounts were barred from trading. Card counts are no longer accurate because many collectibles are now stuck in accounts that are essentially locked making it much more difficult to complete older sets.

Since the "Update" the game has gotten worse. It takes way too long to go through your cards. When sending trades it keeps loading and loading and once it loads that person doesn't need the card anymore. I was going to recommend the game to friends who enjoy collecting baseball cards but not anymore. I don't think they will be happy with buying cards you can't own or touch.

App itself I like. Does get slow and sometimes crashes, but my big problem is in the transactions/customer care. I've been charged without getting what I paid for several times. And when that happens, there is one rep that forces me to dig extra deep to prove that I bought it (after already sending a screenshot of the transaction through Google Play). I'm not liar or a thief, yet getting those vibes from that one person as I jump through extra hoops. And God, the support of the whale users.
