Direct language immersion is great so far, it feels like great practice for a beginner, but it often feels like the lessons are too structured and I struggle to pay attention. I still haven't found the exact fit I need for me, as I have tried four different language learning apps so far. One of them was well beyond what I've learned (AI driven), and with the others I struggle to keep my already limited attention span (ADHD), or they feel really basic. This one is Ok, it just drains my dopamine.

The overall learning experience is great, but when I try to buy a lifetime membership, the website sends me immediately to the app. When I try to purchase through the app, it gives an error message. It winds up a vicious cycle, as I can't purchase through the app, and the website keeps sending me to the app. Very annoying.

Wish I could get my 100 dollars back. Got this for Japanese, but honestly Duolingo is better even with the obnoxious ads. They quiz you on words they never teach you the meaning of, they don't teach you what the characters mean (there's 3 different alphabet), they use kanji and never explain them, etc etc. It's poorly done and you don't learn much even when you get it right.
