I have had this app for a long time. I have had problems with the notification sound not working. It doesn't work, and I am missing all of my chats. I have tried everything! I have uninstalled/ reinstalled, contacted support with no response! There appears to be a glitch in the app! This message is to the developers, please fix your app, and have support response! Right now, I am looking for a better chat app that really works, and I don't miss my chats!

Review would be way better if notifications would always appear, as I've had a few occurrences of them not showing, leaving me unaware of what my friends and peers are messaging. I've also lost access to the ability to send voice messages. I was able to before, and I'm unsure of if it was the last time I updated Chat that it got removed or if it just happened at random. So, yeah, other than that, my experiences with it are very good, otherwise. Thank you.

Last update has been so buggy. jumps up to old messages rather than last read, and getting no notifications of messages. What's the point of a messaging app that doesn't message me? Edited to add: Still not working despite turning off and back on all options to allow notifications. Made no changes on phone before two updates ago, so 100% sure is an app issue, and not anything I have done.
