Try/Choose Proton or Air VPN.. I had issues for well over a week. Unstable connection and not long after connecting to Nord, nothing would be reachable on the internet. They never could give me any kind of a reason or explanation for the issue. I also ruled out my computer by installing Nord on a friend's computer at their house. Same exact problem, totally different computer and location. Asked for a refund and they said no, it's been past 30 days and we don't do partial refunds.

New update with Post-Quantum Encryption option messes up my connection. It works, but it isn't stable. Randomly disconnects, especially when I'm not at my phone and then it gets stuck on "Connecting to..." instead of reconnecting like usual. When I turn it off it's more stable. Support said to try OpenVPN protocol but PQE only works on NordLynx. That's really the only issue I have with NordVPN. Without the new encryption, works very well.

I use this on a FireTV on a port where it always has power. After a few days Nordvpn disconnects from their server and no longer protects communication. I have been emailing their support for months without a resolution and in my opinion, they haven't done much to fix it. Bad product. Bad support. Support ticket number 17333706. I have provided all the information. Repeating the same questions isn't helping. Online support in chat, they told me they are waiting for a response from developers.
