AudioBugsHate itThis app has been a thorn in my side since I downloaded it. Couldn't swipe left to get recent channels. Then, and still, starts without sound. Ok... I got used to that. Now I can't use it to set a recording on my dvr. It keeps telling me "this channel is unavailable on this dvr". It's useless if I can't record something when I'm away from home or sitting in another room in my home from the dvr and looking to record a show for later. Please do something.

BugsHate itNetworkWas talked into coming back for a better rate and higher speeds. Truth is, Spectrum's been lagging and buffering quite a bit, whereas..... Frontier ran great, but almost double the price. We were told it could handle up to 200 devices. we have 3 cells, a PS5 and Spectrum. There should be no reason for all the buffering and lagging. Disappointed and debating on staying or not.

AudioBugsDeviceUpdatesLatest update made the app worthless, Update Spring 2025. Once again, unable to access voicemail from the mobile app. works fine from the desktop web site. Update: So I get a response directing me to the community forum, and the answer to the problem is not there. Attempting to access voice mail in the app is an endless cycle between two pages and it never loads the VoiceZone page. Works fine in Chrome or Firefox.
