Honestly dragon city is just boring now, I've been playing for a while and they don't do anything special, all just boring repeating events with increasingly stupid dragons, so many pop ups when I enter the game ( like 8). This game isn't special anymore it's washed up and lacks unique content. I'm dissapointed it's fallen so far. It used to be cool to log on but now there's nothing fun, every corner there's another microtransaction to blindside you and stop you from having fun.

I used to play this game all the time, and it was super fun. Then I stopped playing for a few years and then decided to re-download it on a whim. And it's horrible now. You can't fight in the arena section without certain requirements, which I don't remember being there at all, hatching, breeding dragons, etc. Takes forever if you don't have gems, and boohoo, if you want to earn gems without spending real word money, because it's basically impossible. I miss the old dragon city.

I love the game. It's really fun trying to collect the different dragons and level them up to fight. Most of the ads in the game are not forced but some just start automatically when you do certain things in the game. This is really annoying. I do like that that even thought there are a lot of purchase offers they only show up at the beginning and you can x out of them easily. I don't like that so many of the quests have dragons that are required to play them but otherwise a good game overall.
