AudioBugsA simple app and better than a static paper guide but there are glitches. Sets will repeat (1,2,2,3 or 1,2,3,3), times will repeat (get down to 10 secs and then back to 19 sec), it will skip an exercise so I have to go back and complete it, then it records the exercise as both completed and not completed. There are so many whistles and tones that I expect mean something. Sometimes it gives verbal explanations of the exercise but sometimes there are offset voices (like row row row your boat).

Love itThis is an excellent fitness interface, which helps you to understand the necessity of integrating fitness in your daily life! I have physical therapy for balance, and, other core issues, after three bouts with Covid-19! The enrollments exercises that I am being prescribed, will help me get back that quality of life, and, the continuance of these exercises will help me to continue this fitness with the App, after my physical therapy time is over! To improve this App, there should be charting.

DifficultFeature RequestsI appreciate the reminders this app gives to keep me on track with my physical therapy. I like that they have a moving image of how to do the exercises. It's a good reminder of the exercises that I am assigned to do. I only wish there were written instructions next to the exercise. I have a hard time seeing if I need to flex or angle my foot in some of the exercises. Overall, I'm grateful for this app.
