updates_and_maintenance5/2/25 update: I'm not really happy with the new format. Not easy to navigate and It seems like it's all focused on "Shorts" where I prefer "Longs". 2021:Highly skilled teachers! This app has really helped move my practice forward. I would only ask that in the daily meditations, there was less talking and more silent time to practice what is being taught

servicedesigncontentI use this app off and on depending on stresses in life. I should be disciplined enough to do it more often. I can definitely feel the difference when I have not been meditating in terms of how much or often things get to me. The app is well structured, intuitive to navigate, and has a host of programs/meditations that help with practicing mindfulness across the spectrum of life's circumstances. I appreciate the different session lengths...it helps us find ones the kids will do.
