App sucks. My earbuds are Live Pro 2. They're wonderful but since the app only connects to them on a rare occasion, I cannot change the settings. It connects only when you get lucky. And since it won't connect & the software updates (the earbuds, not the app) take 15 minutes when it DOES connect, I can't get the software updates! I will never buy another JBL product again.

Great app, but my earphones kind of glitch out if they're playing music while I'm connecting to them through the app. Also, it would be nice if you could customize individual touch controls, like for example, tap to play/pause, double tap to turn up volume, and triple tap to turn it down. And it would also be great if it had Gemini support, instead of only Google Assistant. Other than that though, the app itself is great.

The app is extremely janky, I was only able to set up my headphones once in the app, afterwhich, it has not let me make any changes. The app recognizes when my headphones are connected, and will gray out when disconnected, but when connected, it no longer allows me to open up the headphone settings, it just shows my headphones and has the option to add another device.
