if you need a refund you have to go through the advocate the refund that's what I was told. and then it took so long that I completely forgot and I just said F it. I've had multiple issues with this app in the past, like redeeming points I unlocked then I get to the store and they said it doesn't work there. Makes zero sense. worst customer service ever.

I couldn't sign in with the Hotmail account I normally use. The app asks me to put in a verification code. My email never receives the code in either my inbox or junk folder. The app would only let me sign in using a Gmail account. I emailed Popeyes some time ago, but haven't heard back in an update. If I can't sign in, I can't use the points on my Hotmail account. Please fix the issue.

I can no longer log in, so I've lost my points. Customer service is no help. Others on Social Media report the same When I try to log in it tells me they've sent an email with instructions for logging in, but I never get the email. It's been over 6 months since I've gotten an email from Popeye's. Customer service repeatedly asked for a screenshot of the error message I received even though I told them multiple times that I didn't get an error message, but I didn't get the expected email.
