Just downloaded the app to look at the menu and when I was looking at the shakes.. it listed them as half price. so I decided I was going to order one and some fries. After spending way too long looking at the shakes and making a decision, I get all the way to checkout to find that the prices are wrong and shakes are actually full price. If items aren't actually discounted, then it should reflect that on the menu when ordering... not tell me it's half priced then turn around and say its not.

What is with this sketchy app. Not only is it ridiculously slow but it randomly logs you in and out by itself. Also the pricing is changed randomly between your review of your order and the checkout. that's if you actually are ever to check out. Most times at lunch all I get is "we are experiencing technical difficulties". that's been going on for since they changed the app. Years have gone by and you still haven't fixed those difficulties ????

App is slow and seems unoptimized. When I open the app, sometimes it takes forever to load. When I go to checkout it takes forever to load. When I try to check in, sometimes it lets me and others not. All of these are applicable at every sonic I go to. Its not an Internet issue. The app is Franky painful to use. Pretty to look at but it almost is unbearable.
