BugsFeature RequestsUpdatesThe app is easy to use, and thankfully, the need to constantly update disappeared 😁 There is an "Order Ahead" function in the app, but I still can't use it at my fav DB...it's ok though because as soon as a broista sees my vehicle in line, they start my order. I still think the points earned for each drink purchased should add up to a free drink after I buy 10...the way it's set up currently, in order to earn a free medium drink, 15 medium drinks have to be purchased... I miss the stamp cards.

ConfusingLocationStill needs improvement as far as customized drinks like doing 2 different milks in the same drink or extra thick blended drinks. Adding more flavors because not all of them are on the app. I'd also like to be asked to choose which location because I don't know how many times I forget to check and I submit the order and can't cancel or change it. A lot of people have not just me lol. Oh and save vehicle information too.

SpendingThe rewards app is good if you're doing it for the online sticker collection or to use paying the app. If you're hoping to rack up those points it's not as great as you might think. $1 is equal to 3 points according to the app but it only reflects approximately 2 points per dollar in the actual rewards. Which ends up being a lot of rewards points/ money if you're a huge dutch Bros fan.
