Loved it at first, now the all of the fuel type options are not showing, can't see premium or regular unleaded anymore, those 2 options are gone and if I chose midgrade it won't show me the price until I close the app down and open it back. Absolutely useless to me if I can't see the gas prices, that's the main reason I use the app. We have multiple QTs and all of them have different prices and the app made it easy to see which one had the best price, Gas Buddy isn't always accurate.

The app doesn't work more often than it does. There's some great deals and I love the discount on gas but the fact that 3/4 of the time whenever I try to use it it won't go through or the associates in the store tell me that they are not accepting QT pay at this time. I'll scan the QR code at the pump and it'll say that it went through and it connected but the pump never activates the price doesn't change and it won't pump gas. Great concept poor execution.

the qtpay feature is nearly useless because it won't actually engage the pump almost every time I've tried to use it. Now I find out that the money that got authorized from my checking account took DAYS too long to withdraw and the "check" bounced so I started getting calls from a debt collector saying I owed them the amount that apparently didn't go through when I HAD IT in my account, plus a $30 late fee. So yes, I saved $1.26 their app but got charged an extra $30 in the end! Great job!!
