App is great, very user friendly, no bugs. It's 3 stars due to the reward program. it only takes the number of orders you make into the equation without taking the monetary amount spent. I purchase Jimmy Johns less frequently as a result. I only get it when asked specifically. Otherwise I always go Jersey Mike's. their reward program is much better, free subs more often.

Stupid app I have tried multiple ways to "redeem" my rewards but no matter what option I choose it doesn't add to checkout. The app claims that you get a free a la carte favorite , original or plain slim for registering but no matter what I put it's not free. Why have a rewards app if the rewards don't work. I also got a new reward for a free side but it's the same thing I'm getting charged and I know I'm not doing it wrong I've been looking this over it feels like I'm working on a puzzle.

Astounded that this app doesn't allow me to swipe back and cancel an order while it's processing. I hadn't added a tip and swiped back within a half-second and well before the confirmation screen came up. This could be easily fixed by having a pop-up alert asking if you meant to leave a tip. I ran out to the store to get some cash and the order was delivered by the time I got back. Rank incompetence on both my part and the Jimmy Johns app developer.
