BugsFeature RequestsPoints not being added after placing an order through the app. I had to contact support to receive points for my last 4 orders. Then support gave me additional points for the inconvenience, but those points were not added to my account. All points show earned in my account history, but aren't showing under my available points, therefore, I can't use the points I earned towards purchases. It's how's 0 points when I should have at least 1800. Smh!

Battery UsageBugsUpdatesWhatever your most recent update did, messed up the entire app - errors all throughout the ordering process. And at the end I got charged twice for a single order with an error message along the lines of "payment has been made, but your order has not been placed"?! Who even approved such a message? Why would you take my money and then decline to place the order?

Customer ServiceFeature RequestsHate itLocationPrivacySpendingThe smoothies and food are good, that is why I have the app. However, I didn't know until after my order was confirmed/sent that the app automatically adds over a 15% gratuity for pick-up orders! That is not a tip, that is theft! If I want to tip, I should be able to decide to do so on my own accord. I'm sure the employees don't mind (as I saw on a sign at your location that your starting pay is $10/hr), but from a customer service standpoint, it is frustrating and a huge turn off!
