they no longer take orders over the phone but you can't modify anything you're ordering so if you don't want cheese on something for example there's no option to remove that. also be advised the church 10% service fee to place it to go order plus a 10% tip then it gives you the option to leave an additional tip. at 20% on top of your order total plus no flexibility in what you're ordering you might as well just go sit down

The app has major functional limitations. You can't order more than 4 of the same item per transaction, forcing multiple separate orders. Quantity selection is broken; identical items must be added individually. Customization options are severely limited. Menu prices are significantly inflated compared to in-store. Order readiness times are consistently inaccurate.

very frustrating. something as simple as adding a side of eggs isn't an option. When trying to contact a location it just routes you back to the app. When going to the location to pickup the order, making the additions is like ordering from scratch. The associate stated their location no longer has a phone line, so you couldn't call in if they wanted you to.
