Been using this for over 3 yrs and just renewed a couple of months ago. However, I've been getting more and more "access denied" for the sites I've frequent. It's kind of annoying and I need to switch off the VPN to go to those sites which defeats the reason I got a VPN in the first place. A couple of times after "reporting" the sites I was able to access the those sites but lately even that hasn't helped. It sucks that I'm stuck for another couple of years since I'm signed up for another 3 yrs.

By far the best investment I've made on a VPN. Reliable, easy to use, affordable. It's 2 years later, and still living overseas. Surfshark has been a godsend. Before I moved from US to UK, I really didn't even understand what a VPN was. But once you move out of the country, and you're frequently blocked from entering US sites that you legitimately need to access, a VPN becomes essential. I keep getting kicked out. VPN stops working, and I have to restart the app. It's increasingly getting worse. It went from once a month to several times daily! Last month, I asked for a refund, and they said No Way and that I have use the 2 year balance and I'll lose $70+. My mistake. It worked fine in the beginning, and after the trial period, it quit! It'lll be difficult to find a stand-alone VPN because so many are controlled by one company.
