The option to use sure swipe disappeared with my new phone. Eno is useless. I can't text or chat for support. There's no option for phone support for the app that I could find. The updates have helped with some issues. the app functions much better. Very easy to do basic and intermediate tasks. Features are getting better and better. More metrics about loan payoff would be nice. Charts. Early payoff calculator.

New update: We jumped from 1 Star to 4 so we are definitely moving in the right direction Original review: App easy to use and always gives me a bill reminder. I especially like the credit wise program. Now I really enjoy the help we've been given all in one place and offers from better cards. Hubby and I have only ever paid cash for items including cars so apparently being responsible means absolutely nothing. So Capitol One is sending us in the right direction with 3 entry level cards 2 build

Cool app everything you need at your finger tips. HOWEVER, since I'm supposed to pay on time I think that Capitol One should have to take their money on time. I've paid through the app and it's 3 or 4 days before you take it out of my account, which sometimes , makes me late cause you didn't get your money due to me paying other bills thinking you have already been paid. It's really aggravating.
