Confusing, constantly changing navigation, intrusive, spammy advertising and notifications, auth keeps failing, popups that launch a web browser when trying to do a daily task. Everything must be done inside the app--no web support. I've been using the app for 4 years and it keeps getting worse. Chat support is a joke, and sounds like AI. "I understand."

Easy to use, fees aren't that horrible. The storing of diamonds has been fixed. Now, the mission streak keeps losing a day and starting over. I check in with the app every night between 8-9P.M. East Coast time and my streak keeps resetting. My partner is having similar issues with their streak. Oh, yeah.. these new T-Mobile updates have Ef'd the fingerprint unlock function of your app.

app is going downhill fast. on a Samsung galaxy s25 ultra, I experience app not loading properly, it repeatedly disabling my fingerprint scanner and more all since recent updates. this was one of My favorite exchange apps but I can't recommend it with the current problems I'm plagued with. 3 stars solely because I had years of solid use before all this.
