    There's been an update to how we are notified for recent transactions. I used to get a push notification THE MOMENT was card was swiped or a bill was paid, and it was the best thing ever. Now I can only get text messages or emails, and they're NOT real time updates. They only notify for transactions above a certain amount, and only AFTER the payment is posted, not while it's pending. Everything else is fine, but I hate losing that real time finance tracking.

    App is a bit overkill for a credit card, I understand it's also for banking services but you seemed to try and jam it with every conceivable service one can think of, it's one giant ad for banking I'll likely never use nor care about. it appears functional but I imagine it'll swamp me with sign up for this and that every log on and thats a bit annoying. guess I'll see in the coming months if it's worth the perceived trouble.

    Way too many clicks to do basic stuff like deposit a check. Clunky. And asks me twice if I really want to do stuff. Yes and yes. App needs work. they keep updating it, but unfortunately it just doesn't get any better. while there's been a lot of changes and improvements, there's still a lot of problems with the app, especially using zelle on the mobile app. when using memos, there are certain characters you can't use and it's different between the web app experience and the mobile app experience
